  • Frankfurter Würstchen: A thin, parboiled German sausage, seasoned & lightly smoked, and topped with sauerkraut from the Door County Kraut company. Try ketchup…if you dare!

  • Weisswurst: A traditional Bavarian sausage with a pale white appearance made from finely ground pork back and minced veal, topped with Dusseldorf mustard and sauerkraut from Door County Kraut Company. Sehr gut!
