Sandhill Custom Creations is owned by two Door County natives, Kelly and Adrian Murre. Both grew up working in restaurants around the country and returned to Door County to raise their family. Adrian is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a 3rd-generation carpenter and woodworker.
Sandhill focuses on heirloom-quality woodcraft. Our line of products is centered around our end-grain butcher block cutting boards. We focus on regionally grown and locally milled hardwoods as our foundation. All of our products are made in-house in Fish Creek. We believe in sustainability and reducing the use of plastics, especially around food.
