What else? We’re a family-owned-and-operated business. For almost 40 years, we’ve wholesaled fresh whitefish fillets to many of your favorite local restaurants and smokehouses. Five years ago, our family pivoted to direct consumer sales and began expanding with in-house made, all natural, whitefish offerings and products. And as of this year, we’ve seemed to have a knack for both movie sets and cameos and are honored to be a part of the new Christmas movie “A Wisconsin Christmas Pie” (aka “A Cherry Pie Christmas”). Stop by our booth in the Koessl Barn, we’ll have the infamous hats featured in the movie for purchase, plus other great merchandise and swag.
